Drop notifications: if you subscribe, we store your email address and signup date, and use them solely to announce drops. Legal basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
Orders: at checkout you provide your name, shipping address, email and payment details directly to our payment processor, Stripe. We receive the order details needed to make and ship your piece (name, address, email, items) but never your card data. Legal basis: performance of the contract; retention of order records: legal (tax) obligation.
We have no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and we do not profile you. Your bag is stored only in your own browser.
We use: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments, fraud prevention), Netlify Inc. (website hosting), Sanity AS (product catalogue — contains no personal data), Upstash Inc. (technical storage of the subscriber list and order reservations), and Resend (sending drop announcements). Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Subscriber emails: until you unsubscribe (unsubscribing deletes the address). Order data: as long as required by Portuguese tax and accounting law (generally 10 years), held in Stripe.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time — write to hello@miniatura.online. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD — Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt), or the authority of your country of residence.
